Building a home is one of the biggest decisions you can make, and choosing Zeisler Construction was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, they took the time to listen to our ideas and worked with us to create a home that truly reflects our vision. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, honest, patient, and easy to communicate with. They were always willing to answer our questions and made us feel like our home was just as important to them as it was to us. While there were a couple of unexpected hiccups along the way, they were handled with professionalism and were simply things beyond anyone’s control. The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout our home are outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. We absolutely love our new home and are so grateful for all the hard work, dedication, and care that went into building it. If there is a category for being a client from hell I would be a contender. I designed my home, specified all of the building material to be used, some which were new cutting edge technology and Zeisler held to their very high building standards. They were very quick to rectify any issues that came up during the building or explain, to my satisfaction, why it was done that way. Zeisler Construction built my home in 21, love it! Recently we decided to finish our large lower level and required customizing for design and layout. Now completed, it is much more than we expected. I have worked with many contractors in 5 different homes across SD and have never received the attention that Zeisler Construction has given toward our needs and design. If you really care about craftsmanship and attention to detail for your home, I urge you to contact Zeisler for new, expansion, or finishing. We were extremely unprepared for all the various selections that go into a custom home, but had excellent guidance start to finish that helped us put together a beautiful home that vastly exceeded our expectations.
